  • What is Astro Rumba Miami?
    We are Miami’s one and only neon party bus. We offer party tours around Miami’s hottest neighborhoods. You can celebrate with us any special occasion including birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor parties, corporate outings, themed parties and more. Equipped with a premium sound system, two full bars, fluorescent ceiling mural, AC and bench-like seating for up to 35 passengers. Astro Rumba Miami brings you an out of this world neon experience!
  • Can we drink on the party bus?
    Definitely! We provide beverages (Waters & sodas) for you at Astro but BYOB is highly recommended or (Bring Your Own Beverages). We do not sell any beverages of any kind. You’ll need to bring the beverage you plan to consume while you party on Astro. We will have two coolers ready with cups and ice for you. All guests must be 21+ when alcohol is present.
  • Are we allowed to stand on the bus?
    Yes! You’re allowed to stand and dance while the bus is in motion. We encourage your Astro party crew to be seated while your party bus is in motion. Standing and Dancing at your own risk!
  • How fast does the party bus go?
    Your party bus goes around 15-20 MPH.
  • Is there a bathroom on the party bus?
    No. There is not a bathroom inside the party bus but we take a bathroom break one hour into your party tour. Our bathroom break is usually done at Bayside Marketplace. However, this might vary due to special events, city restrictions, or last minute incidents.
  • How many people can we fit on the party bus?
    Our Astro bus has a maximum capacity of up to 35 passengers. Our Astro lux has a maximum capacity of up to 30 passengers. Bench-like seating, two dancing poles and standing areas. Please contact us for full date rates and entire weekend rentals.
  • How early should we arrive at our Astro Rumba pick-up location?
    We recommend your crew to be ready 15 minutes before the meeting time at the pick-up location. Please have all your beverages in hand and ready to load on the party bus. This gives you enough time to load your Astro party crew and drinks, go over rules and sign waivers.
  • Do we mainly party on the bus or this is a bar crawling?
    Great question! Our Astro bus was designed and built to be your private bar and dance club on wheels. Other than the bathroom stop, the party is on the bus.
  • What are the Astro bus tour routes?
    We currently offer two routes for your private party. Wynwood-South Beach, which goes around the colorful and artsy Wynwood area, crosses over the bridge where you will get a glimpse of our beautiful Miami skyline, and tours around the iconic south beach. Our second option is the Wynwood-Brickell route, which tours the artsy Wynwood, goes around our Greater Downtown Miami, Brickell and amazing Calle 8 (Little Habana).
  • Can we throw things off the party bus?
    No! You are not allowed to throw anything off your party bus for any reason. Not even to give out food or drinks to people on the streets. Throwing anything off the bus or causing any damage can lead to immediate ejection from your party tour with no refund.
  • Do I need to book the bus in advance?
    Yes, booking in advance is highly recommended. We will allow same day bookings ONLY if we are available to perform a tour. Booking in advance is the only way to secure your Astro party experience.
  • Can we decorate the party bus?
    Yes! We allow all types of decorations as long as they are non-offensive and appropriate. We also offer a themed party decoration for an extra fee of $150, our team will decorate your party bus and have it ready at the pick-up location. No confetti allowed onboard.
  • What if I need to cancel my tour?
    Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit might be fully refunded if cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to your event. If cancellation is made within 8-14 days of your event, we keep the deposit but you can still use it as credit for a future event. If a cancellation is made within the same week of your event, deposit will not be refunded or used as credit.
  • What should I bring to the party bus?
    Please BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages) and have them ready to load up on the party bus. Bring your ID or driver license (All guests must be 21+ if alcohol is present). Cash, bring cash to tip your tour staff or would like to grab a drink at one of our partner bars on your bathroom stop.
  • What if I leave something on the party bus?
    We are not responsible for items left or stolen on the party bus during or after a tour. We can store items on the party bus, but we can not guarantee their safety. We will hold items left on the party bus for 5 days before discarding them.
  • Can we add an extra hour to our party tour?
    Definitely! It’s $300 per extra hour (Based upon schedule availability). Please contact us at (305)699-1271 for custom hours, full day or weekend rental.
